  • Arrange to set the tables at you venue the morning of the event or the day before at a time to suit you.
  • Arrange name places decorate tables to help you day go with ease (A name place and table plan is required for this)
  • Arrange to serve the welcome drinks to your guests on arrival
  • Arrange for the wine and water to be placed on the tables
  • Serve and clear up after your main meal
  • Pour and serve toast drinks
  • Cut the cake for your guests and serve
  • Re-arrange tables and chairs for the evening guests and make things look clean and tidy
  • Serve /prepare your evening buffet/food

OK Catering price guidelines

​These are a guide only and a face to face meeting is arranged for a full quote

Drinks Upon Arrival Starting from - £3.50 per person
Canapes starting from - £5.00 Per Person+ VAT
One Course Meal Starting from - £14.00per person + VAT
Two Course Meal starting at - £18.00 per person + VAT
Three Course Meal starting at - £25.00 per person (incl of coffee)+ VAT
Four Course Meal starting a - £29.00 per person + VAT
Finger buffet starting at - £7.75per person plus vat (10 Choices)
Two Course Finger Buffet starting at - £10.50plus + VAT
Wedding Cakes Start from - £200 to £500 + VAT
Glass hire - £3.00 per dozen + VAT
Table linen hire from - £7.50per Tablecloth + VAT
Linen napkin hire from £1.00 per napkin + VAT
Transport is charged at 55p per mile plus the drivers time
Table number stand hire - £1.75 per table + VAT
Additional staff are charged at - £10.00 per hour + VAT

​All of our prices include, staff, crockery, cutlery, table linen, napkins, hire of kitchen equipment and delivery, we aim to make the day as hassle free for you as possible. The price quoted will be confirmed in writing for your event. I will arrange a meeting with you to discuss in full exactly your needs so I can gain a full picture of the day. Once quoted, the cost will stand unless alterations are made. OK Catering requires a £200 deposit and full payment ten days before the event.
